Captain William Carson has a unique blend of law enforcement and academic research experience relating to sex offenders. His area of expertise is with child molesters, but even more specifically with two types of child molester; men that are attracted to boys and women that molest children.
Captain Carson combines the knowledge and insight that was learned in two very different environments to provide quality training to law enforcement, prosecutors, child protection and social service agencies. He also provides consulting services to child and youth organizations helping them to establish safeguards to protect children from sexual predators.
Captain Carson has been training multi-disciplinary audiences at child abuse conferences, seminars and police academies throughout the United States for a number of years. He is considered to be an expert on female child molesters and has reviewed hundreds of cases from across the United States.
